SQUAD UPDATE - RESERVES PLAYERS

We are delighted that a number of players have committed to the Club again this season, together with some new signings to help bolster the team.

Players who have re-signed include:

Scott Brown - ex Scorpions player who generally plays right back. Good on the ball and very quick.

Angus Ferguson (sponsored by KV Medical Aesthetics) - strong centre back who is following in his dad’s footsteps. We hope he will be available more this season.

Finn Grant - great young prospect who generally plays left back. Very calm on the ball and can find a pass. He definitely is first team potential.

Will King - another fullback who unfortunately is only available at limited times due to university. Another one who could push for a first team place if he could play more matches.

Lewis Phelps - a commanding centre back who is also very good on the ball. Brings much needed experience to a young squad.

Ryan Southey - another ex Scorpion who is limited in playing time due to university. Very solid defender who can also step into midfield.

Tom Driver (sponsored by D & M Driver (Suffolk) Ltd) - a fantastic young prospect who can play defence or midfield. Likely to get some first team opportunities again this season as he continues to develop.

Warren Wright - uncompromising defender who walks a tight disciplinary line! Has a great attitude and gives nothing less than 100%

Charlie Williams - another youngster who has come through our youth system. Can play defence and midfield. Reads the game well and good on the ball. Continuing to develop and improve, and one for the future.

Jake Firman (sponsored by KW Amusements) - forward player who joined from Aldeburgh last season. Very quick and has an eye for goal.

Jordan Nichols - another ex Scorpion who rejoined from Aldeburgh last season. Plays wide left and a great crosser of the ball to create chances for others, as well as chipping in with goals of his own.

Olly Seymour - another who rejoined from Aldeburgh last season. A forward player with great technical ability, and could make the step into the first team.

Ash Wright - explosive striker who can also play wide. Should be a first team regular with his pace and goal scoring ability if committed to training, but a great asset when playing for the reserves.
