With the First team match called off attention was on the Reserves away cup match at Cranes Reserves.
We started the match slowly and immediately Aiden was called into action in the Sax goal making two crucial saves. We then started to pass the ball and take control of the match and soon went 0-1 up through Jack. Mid way through the half Dan scored the second after an excellent move, and soon after it was 0-3 when Jack slotted past the keeper in a one on one. Ht 0-3.
The second half also started slowly but we managed to score a fourth through Ollie after a good one two with Dan. Cranes were awarded a penalty which was missed and Dale finished the scoring making it 0-5 with a header.
Overall it was a good performance with some excellent football played. We could have scored more but for some missed chances and saved by the Cranes keeper, but we could also have conceded at crucial times but for Aiden, who won man of the match for his saves.
